Please fill out the form below to submit a permissions request. If there are any details you aren’t able to confirm, please write ‘TBC’.
Please note that we need 30 days minimum to respond to permissions requests and that it may take us longer to respond during particularly busy periods. To process permissions requests in full can take substantially longer, so please submit your request as early as possible.
Do not resubmit outstanding requests. All previously submitted requests are still in a queue to be processed and will be dealt with in the order with which we received them.
